Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Digital products only

PassTheMap sells digital content in the form of Google Maps overlays. Access is delivered by granting you permission to a shared folder. There are no physical goods.

All sales are final once access is granted

Because the overlay is delivered in full the moment access is granted, and digital content of this kind can be copied and kept, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once access to the digital content has been provided.

EU right of withdrawal

You normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, this right does not apply once delivery has begun, provided you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of this right. At checkout you confirm this consent before access is granted, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended).

When a refund may be possible

Before access is granted you may request a cancellation. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access after purchase, contact us within 14 days. We will assist you and, if we cannot restore access, we may issue a refund at our discretion. Accidental duplicate purchases will be refunded for the duplicate if access under that order has not been granted.

Access and delivery

Delivery is complete when we grant your account permission to the folder that contains your overlay. Our system records the date and time access is granted to your account. Sharing or copying the content after delivery does not create any right to a refund.

License and misuse

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. Resale, redistribution, or public sharing is not permitted. We may revoke access without refund in cases of abuse, fraud, or chargeback misuse.
